"Yoder Homes & Remodeling completed an internal remodel of our home in late 2008. Throughout, my husband and I found Denny Yoder professional, competent and reliable as were all of his tradesmen. Communications were excellent, in view of the fact that we live in the UK, this could have been quite difficult. However, with regular e-mails and telephone calls, the process was simple. I even chose my new staircase on the internet, sitting in my study in the UK. Denny dealt with all permitting issues and completed new ceilings, construction, new bathrooms, kitchens and cabinetry. Denny fitted new floor tile and trim throughout. Our home was repainted, and all lighting was renewed. Denny also oversaw refurbishment of our pool and spa and some external cosmetic changes. He worked well with our other tradesmen, notably the company installing our media, who I can also highly recommend. The crew were sympathetic and courteous to my neighbours and the requirements of the housing association. Everything was left clean and all construction debris was removed and even the driveway cleaned. Nothing was too much trouble, even filling the fridge before our christmas arrival. I cannot recommend Denny, Shawn and the team highly enough. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch."

From start to finish the remodeling of our great room, kitchen and utility areas was done in a timely and professional manner through Yoder Homes (Denny Yoder), Job Site Manager Scott Gromen and each tradesperson involved in the project. There was consistent attention paid to the detaisand quality of workmanship as well as any questions we had as the job progressed. The calendar provided to us by Scott was followed nearly perfectly, and he was constantly overseeing the project. Our once "dated" condominium has been transformed into a modern home with the help of Denny Yoder and his very professional associates. They come highly recommended by us.
